Today if the first day of the month, in which I have decided to set myself a range of deadlines in order to complete before the end of this month. I need to focus upon the completion of the:
Presentation
I want to construct my presentation throughout this month, making it on the presentation site Prezi, as well as creating visual effects upon Primere Pro. I think this would be a good way of communicating all my working studies that I have completed throughout EPQ.
Essay 2000 Report
I plan to have a completed report, all finalized and improved by the end of this month- 28th February. That way I can focus mainly on my artifact, bibliography and presentation throughout March.
Artifact
For this I plan to get as many pictures as I can of my subject, I will give myself till the 10th February 2017 in order to use all the gathered photos and create at least three pieces of the Darby Artifact throughout that half term from the 13th-17th as well as focusing upon position and layering in order to present my artifact. Deciding upon whether or not I could incorporate paint or any other such mediums upon this.
For each of these things I plan to spend at least one hour a day on EPQ addressing three of these main things. I addtionally, need to address other such factors like:

Production Log
I will also balance my time out for these things as well, yet my personal target is to complete a majority of my EPQ work throughout this month- than throughout March, concentrate on the presentation, and artefact. (I strive to finish everything off my 17th March 2017).
I started by editing the attempts of my 2000 word essay in which I shall resend to my supervisor upon the completion of this. I am aiming to send him off the second draft by the 5th February.

I spent two hours of my time upon the construction of my EPQ presentation. I looked into existing EPQ presentations upon YouTube performed by past students of EPQ, and managed to obtain many thoughts and plans towards how I can present mine, in terms of presentation, layout, structure and work. Looking at past students work interests me, and has helped set up ideas for myself into how I can present my own studies.
I decided to present my work upon the presentational site Prezi-where I can easily construct a visually pleasing PowerPoint that is engaging to my audiences but easily allows me to incorporate videos, images and text that I can link back to my project and display my work regarding my EPQ project. Prezi can help me to construct a presentation that will engage and excite my audiences.
On top of this, I believe that I may of found my final question for my EPQ course, this being:
How surveillance has become normalized within our society and its impact on how we can easily be surveyed?
I quite like this question, however will present to my supervisor with my report, to see if one another goes well. Yet personally, I think this question sums up what I'm investigating and overall, will help to focus my remaining months on EPQ upon this question.

On this day, I managed to keep in contact with my supervisor and email him the necessary information he required from me for the end of the January month, I have now sent him the information he desires, for reviewing to ensure I am on track of my EPQ project. This information includes:

For now, my next aim is to finish off the report and send to my supervisor so he can review this piece of writing as I resume on the construction of my Prezi Artifact, as well as the creation of videos.
Afternoon
Throughout this period of time, I spent the time making improvements to the second draft of my 2000 word report. I aimed to listen to the feedback given by my supervisor regarding the first draft, so I can make the much needed improvements in order to develop upon it and make the report as best it can be.
I successfully sent the email containing the improved second draft of my essay to my supervisor Mr Bishop. With this now out of the way, my next steps is to now work on the Artefact, and the construction of my presentation.

On this day, I spent time on the artefact and arranged my photos I captured of my subject throughout the past week ready to be incorporated into my third montage. The photos gathered is going pretty well, and I believe if I continue gathering photos throughout this month than I will be pretty confident in the completion of this artefact before my personal deadline of the 17th March.
I also aim to start thinking about how I can present, layer and possibly paint over my photo montage-so I have drawn rough initial idea sketches into how I could go about and create. I shall upload these photos soon.

I focused upon the construction of my EPQ presentation on the presentational program Prezi. To which I decided upon focusing on the main structure of my presentation and write up about both primary and secondary research. I shall aim to have the EPQ presentation finished by the end of this week, 10th February, than I can make cards throughout the half term to which I can begin on memorising each card so I know what to say for each slide to not read off from the board and give a well presented presentation that engages audiences and keeps them entertained. My aim is to start memorising each card no later than 20th February, and spend at least half an hour a day reading them through so I know what to say. I would also want to send the completed presentation constructed on Prezi to my supervisor so I can received the green light from him to confirm that the presentation is ready to be exhibited by my audience.

Upon receiving the feedback from my second attempt at the 2000 word essay, I shall be using this blog as a rough guide in helping me to act upon the feedback, and brainstorm new ideas and plans for the completion of the third attempt at the 2000 word essay.

Since the 09/02/2017, I have been making improvements onto the draft of my third essay. I am hoping to finish this by the end of tomorrow so I can move on to the artefact/and construction of my prezi PowerPoint. I aim to have completed the draft of my essay, presentation first draft and part of my artefact before the end of this week. I have emailed my supervisor also asking for my production log so that I can make further improvements as well as fill in the relevant bits of work that I am working through right now.

To update myself, I have been constantly working upon both presentation and exam this month. As I enter the March month, I devour to focus entirely upon my EPQ artifact which shall be very important for myself to finish before the presentations begin mid April. Hopefully by the 17th March I can complete the artifact but for now I am focusing on both essay and presentation in hopes of getting this completed to a high standard. Again my cutting off point for the two would be the 17th March so hopefully I can move on to completing the bibliography and finishing touches of the artifact itself. Than throughout the April month, ensure all work has been completed, carried out, constructed whilst also prepping for my EPQ presentation in which I hope to make flashcards and practice my speaking skills, and remembering a majority of my information so I can carry out a well presented presentation to my viewers.
Today, I have spent around 4 hours constructing my presentational slides for the EPQ presentation. As I am using prezi, it is important to consider that I don't over power each of my slides with too much text, as this wont keep my audiences capitivated and may even leave them bored and uninterested of my work.
I went to find my EPQ supervisor where we went through the presentation, and what he feels I should include within the slides. He advised me not to be too text heavy, and make it as visually pleasing as I possibly can. I aim to spend the entirty of my evening upon my presentation and hopefully have it done by tonight.
As it gets to 12:00am, I am still not happy with my EPQ presentation, and still wish to edit over areas, and include more slides so I shall cease in sending over my presentation to my supervisor just yet as I want to make sure I have addressed all areas and have produced the presentation to the best of my ability for my EPQ supervisor to observe the content and inform me of any rectifications that can be made.
Again, the personal deadline I intend to keep for the completion of both:

Shall hopefully be met by the 17th March 2017, where upon after this time I can focus on:
- Preparing for my presentation, by reading through the flashcards carefully and trying to memorise areas to present a well constructed, and thought out presentation of my work.
- Finishing off the artefact, I aim to have this finish by the start of April, no later.
- Completing the bibliography (I intend to start creating this on the 10th March, so I can have close contact with my supervisor daily throughout the constructing of this, and hopefully have this done by the 25th March.
- Finishing off any outstanding pieces of work, whether that's anything on the blog unfinished. Or any primary/secondary research needs adding towards to be presented within my research.
-Ensuring my production logs complete and up to date.
(I have developed this a little bit more and feel like I will benefit myself more if I focus on the completion of the essay by the 10th March 2017, to begin work on the Bibliography.) That way I can have close constant contact with my supervisor after schools and get the help needed.
By the 1st April 2017, I aim to only monitor and work upon two things:
-Artefact, finishing off this and making sure any loose touches have been worked upon ready for the presentation.
- Going over my flashcards and presentation daily to expose myself with what I intend to say throughout the presentation when I get back to school.
-Updating the EPQ Production Log.
